Chef’s Tour – Market & Lunch

Explore the markets of St Helier and see the amazing produce that UUֱ has to offer in this exclusive tour with one of Bohemia’s kitchen brigade. Starting at Bohemia restaurant, your guide will take you on a tour of St Helier Market and the fish market, learn about the amazing produce on offer on our amazing Island and sample different goodies along the way. Meet some of the suppliers for the Michelin-starred Bohemia restaurant and see their wonderful fresh offerings. On the way back, you will stop off at local wine merchant Dunells to sample their UUֱ Pink Granite gin before heading back to Bohemia to see how the team of chefs creates magic with a three-course lunch in one of the best rated restaurants in the United Kingdom.

Available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Tour starts at 10:30am and lasts approximately 90 minutes before you head back for lunch which can be taken at your leisure from 12 noon.

Foraging Tour & Bohemia Tasting Lunch or Dinner

You’ll be whisked away by a local transfer to UUֱ’s Wild West Coast, where you can choose from either an inland or coastal foraging experience with a renowned local guide. The experience will take you through the abundance of produce available in UUֱ, either foraging for herbs and mushrooms inland or for seaweeds and shellfish with the coastline tour of breath-taking St Ouen’s Bay. Once your forage has come to an end, your transfer will take you and your goodies back to Bohemia Restaurant where your ingredients will be incorporated into a delicious seven-course tasting menu.

Tours run from either 10am until noon or from 11am to 1pm, followed by lunch, or from 4pm to 6pm or 5pm to 7pm followed by dinner. Transfers will be scheduled for 30 minutes prior to your foraging time.

Children’s Mocktails and Adult Afternoon Tea

A Bohemia bar mixologist will greet you in our bar where your VI(Little)Ps will be invited to get creative in shaking, stirring and blending their own mocktails behind the bar. They will create and serve two mocktails of their very own, while the grown-ups of the group enjoy a glass of Champagne each. Once they are finished, the VI(Little)Ps will be whisked away to don their very own aprons and chef hats, and will join a member of the Michelin-starred pastry team to decorate a selection of fancies, leaving the adults to indulge in the Classic Afternoon Tea.

Starting at 2:30pm in Bohemia bar, this exciting package is available Sunday to Friday.
